Design Studio
Space Between Design Studio, LLC is a landscape architecture, urban planning and design, and development consulting firm based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We are a small but nimble company that often partners in multi-disciplinary teams on complex urban design projects at all scales from the site to the neighborhood to citywide plans to deliver creative design solutions towards implementing successful, vibrant urban places.

Karen Koerth is one of the founding Partners of Space Between Design Studio when the firm was founded in 2009. Karen has practiced landscape architecture for than 33 years working on a variety of project types and project scales locally, throughout Texas, the US and internationally. For the last 24 years of her career, Karen has focused on mixed-use urban redevelopment projects. She has been instrumental in the design and development of streetscape, park and courtyard designs on numerous award-winning urban mixed-use and retail development projects.
