For a private sector client interested in investing in the East End of downtown Dallas in 2016, Space Between Design Studio examined ways to improve the street and block structure, interconnectivity, multi-modal street network, and development potential for the area.  The plan centered on connecting Cesar Chavez Boulevard to Pearl Street creating a new high quality multi-modal urban boulevard creating a spine from Southeast Dallas to Northwest Dallas as Dallas’s version of a ‘Miracle Mile’.
